Delete your silentsuite.io account
Last updated: May 11, 2026
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your silentsuite.io account and associated hosted-service data at any time.
- If you can sign in, open app.silentsuite.io/settings/security and use the account deletion option.
- If you cannot sign in, email info@silentsuite.io from the email address associated with your silentsuite.io account and write "Delete my silentsuite.io account" in the subject line.
- We may ask you to confirm control of the account email address before processing an email-based request.
Data deleted
For hosted silentsuite.io accounts, deletion removes the account and associated service data we control, including:
- Your silentsuite.io hosted account record.
- Encrypted calendar, contact, and task sync data stored on our hosted server.
- Refresh/session tokens associated with the account.
- Billing account records in silentsuite.io after any required payment-provider cleanup.
Because SilentSuite is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot read the contents of your calendar events, contacts, or tasks before deletion.
Data kept and retention periods
Some records may be retained for limited legal, accounting, security, or abuse-prevention purposes:
- Payment processor records may be retained by Stripe according to Stripe's legal and compliance obligations.
- Transactional email records may remain with our email provider for delivery, security, and compliance logs.
- Server logs containing IP address and request timestamps are rotated automatically and retained for up to 30 days.
- Minimal deletion audit records may be kept for up to 90 days to handle support, fraud, or security follow-up.
Timeline
In-app account deletion is processed immediately where technically possible. Email-based deletion requests are processed after account ownership is confirmed. In all cases, hosted account deletion is completed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Self-hosted accounts
If you use SilentSuite with a self-hosted server, account and data deletion are controlled by the operator of that server. Contact your server administrator for deletion requests relating to self-hosted data.
